Job Description
Spearhead sales and marketing for media, digital, and branding offerings in Bangalore. Manage lead generation, pitch services, handle proposals, drive campaigns, and collaborate with creative and technical teams to win clients and deliver results.
Responsibilities
- Cold outreach, lead qualification, and pitching services
- Writing proposals and bundling service offerings
- Executing campaigns across digital, content, and event channels
- Maintaining company portfolio and showreel
- Managing sales pipeline and CRM tools
- Coordinating with creative and execution teams
- Measuring and reporting performance metrics
- Handling client servicing, upselling, and referrals
Requirements
- Phone (SIM provided)
- Two-wheeler for on-site visits
- Laptop (preferred)
Skills & Experience
- Experience or knowledge in digital marketing, media, or agency sales
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, content, SEO, SEM, and social media
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Creative thinking combined with business acumen
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools
- Target-driven and proactive attitude
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or Business
- Certifications in digital marketing or media (preferred)

- Number of leads, proposals, and conversions
